Eng. Yasser Zaghloul is the Group CEO of NMDC Group, a leading energy and marine services EPC organization in MENA and South Asia. He has driven NMDC’s global expansion and its merger into NMDC Group, which includes NMDC Energy, NMDC Construction, and ADEC. He also chairs The Challenge – the Egyptian Emirates Marine Dredging Company and serves on the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Board of Directors and also holds several other leadership roles.

Lindsay, interim CEO of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, brings over 20 years of experience in business and sustainability. She has played a key role in transforming CISL into a respected international institute and establishing it as a global benchmark for sustainability leadership education. Known for her expertise in international sustainability debates, she speaks on global trends, the Net Zero transition, and sustainable leadership. 

Janelle Meyers is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Kellanova, formerly Kellogg’s. With over 20 years of experience, she has enhanced the economic, environmental, and social performance of global value chains. Prior to assuming her current role, she led Global Procurement initiatives at Kellanova. Janelle also spent 11 years at Walmart in Merchandising and Corporate Sustainability, and five years in International Finance and Brand Management at General Motors.

Aline, leads a double role as both CSO at Asisa, Spains largest healthcare group and CEO at ENIAX, an AI digital health startup that optimizes medical providers agendas in 8 countries impacting more than 6 million users per month. She is a Member of the board of one of Spains most prestigious universities (UAM) where their current King studied. she is also a professor at IE University and is named in the list of top 100 Spanish Leaders. 

Rana has over 22 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, project management, and sustainability. As Chief Corporate Communication and Sustainability Officer at Orange Jordan since 2021, she leads the company’s image and sustainable projects, and serves as Chief Climate Officer. Previously, she worked at Jordan Telecom Group, playing key roles in the integration and rebranding to Orange. She is a member of several boards and councils, including the Jordan News Agency (Petra) and the Economic and Social Council of Jordan. 

Fahad Al Jahrami is the Chief Project Delivery Officer at Qatari Diar Real Estate Development Company, where he oversees transformative real estate projects. His work includes managing key developments in Lusail City, such as iconic high-rise towers, the commercial boulevard, Seef residential towers, and critical infrastructure for the FIFA World Cup 2022.  Fahad brings over 18 years of international project management experience in Qatar, Malaysia, and the USA.

Vijay is the Chief Sustainability Officer and Group Head of ESG of Emirates NBD Group where leads the Sustainability strategy and implementation and oversees Sustainable & Transition Finance and ESG programs. With 20 years of experience in banking and consulting, he has worked with the European Bank of Reconstruction & Development, Lloyds Banking Group, and KPMG UK. He is also a member of several sustainability councils and a Chartered Environmental Scientist.

David is the Global Head of Energy & Sustainability at Knight Frank, leading global teams in transactions, development, valuations, and sustainability compliance. With extensive experience in property and energy and Sustainability, he is a frequent speaker and published author. He serves on the advisory board of the Imperial College Low Carbon Climate Innovation Centre and helped establish EIT Climate-KIC, the EU’s main climate innovation agency. 

Prof. Dr. Hakan Lucius, brings over 30+ years of experience in sustainable finance. He has structured multi-billion euro investments and leads key boards like Luxflag and EFRAG. He is also a professor at UCL, Frankfurt School of Finance, and the University of Luxembourg. An acclaimed speaker, he champions sustainability for long-term success. 

Ralph Dixon is the Executive Director of Sustainability at YTL Corporation Berhad and CEO of YTL-SV Carbon. With 17 years at YTL, he oversees environmental investment, carbon strategy, and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Ralph spent 15 years in investment banking with firms like Hoare Govett and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, followed by roles as CEO of Detpak’s paper converting factories and GPac Technology.

In Oliver’s role, he works with clients to structure innovative sustainable finance solutions, evolve their businesses to deliver on their sustainability goals and manage the increasing complexities of the energy transition. A key part of his focus is supporting the flow of capital into the new technologies and companies needed to deliver on decarbonisation and sustainable development. Since moving to the UAE in 2020, Oliver has been at the forefront of many of the landmark transactions across the Middle East and Africa.
